TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALON DE JEU DE TROIS-RIVIÈRES

DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, "the Venue" means Salon de Jeu de Trois-Rivières; "the Operator" means Loto-Québec; "Customer" refers to any person who enters the Venue.
GENERAL RULES OF ENTRY AND GAMING
(a) Admission to the Venue is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older, as stipulated in Quebec gambling regulations.(b) The Customer agrees that all gaming activity is conducted entirely within the physical premises of the Venue and under the direct supervision of the Operator's staff.(c) All slot machines, electronic table games, poker tables, shows, sports bar, restaurant, and other facilities ("Facilities") provided at the Venue are subject to rules of usage established by the Operator.
GAMES AND PRIZES
(a) Games offered in the Venue comply with Quebec provincial regulations for licensed gaming venues.(b) Winnings from gaming activity conducted within the Venue may be paid out in cash, as per Quebec government requirements for tax payment on winnings exceeding CAD$50,000 (fifty thousand dollars).(c) Prizes and bonuses are subject to applicable federal income tax withholding at the time of payout.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
(a) The Venue offers access to self-exclusion programs and reality-check information as part of responsible gambling practices.(b) Customers may request temporary or permanent exclusion from participating in gaming activities within the Venue by contacting designated staff members in person or via a written notice delivered to the Operator's office.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
(a) All transactions conducted at the Venue, including cash withdrawals and deposits, are subject to mandatory reporting requirements under Quebec provincial laws.(b) The Customer acknowledges that all personal data provided during gaming activities or for any other purpose will be processed in accordance with applicable Canadian legislation regarding data protection.
TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF GAME OFFERING
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate games offered within the Venue at its sole discretion, without notice, should unforeseen circumstances arise that compromise game integrity, safety standards, or regulatory compliance.
RIGHT TO REJECT CUSTOMER PARTICIPATION
(a) The Operator retains full authority to refuse entry and participation in gaming activities within the Venue to any Customer suspected of engaging in irregularities (e.g., cheating, money laundering), as defined by Quebec's Criminal Code.(b) Upon written notice from a regulatory body or law enforcement agency ordering suspension of services for one such individual, all applicable games must be suspended accordingly until further notification.
PAYMENT OF TAXES
(a) The Operator is fully responsible for paying provincial and federal taxes due on all gaming-related revenues collected within the Venue.(b) Any tax arrears arising from gaming operations shall not negatively impact Customer payouts.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS
These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, Quebec provincial laws applicable to licensed gaming venues as amended periodically.(a) Any disputes or claims related to these Terms and Conditions, including validity of rules of play, shall be heard exclusively within a court having jurisdiction over the matter.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Operator may amend this Agreement at any time by providing notice through public postings inside the Venue as well as on its official website.(a) Continued use after an amendment is considered consent to new terms and conditions then in effect, which shall be governed exclusively by Quebec laws regarding contracts.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the province of Quebec for all purposes related hereto.(a) Each party hereby submits itself irrevocably and unconditionally to such jurisdictions and agrees to not commence any proceedings other than in accordance with applicable laws governing judicial jurisdiction.
EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERMINATIONThese Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1 January, two thousand twenty-one (2021).
FORCE MAJEURE
If the Operator finds it impossible or impracticable to fulfill these terms due to extraordinary circumstances beyond its control (such as acts of God, national emergencies, terrorism), such failure shall be excused without any liability arising.

By entering and participating in gaming activities within Salon de Jeu de Trois-Rivières, each Customer acknowledges acceptance of all rules and conditions stated herein.
